Back in 2018, when I was still at the GFSC, I drove the establishment of Guernsey Green Finance, joining the United Nations Finance Centres for Sustainability in the process, putting the island at the forefront of the development of green and sustainable finance, and for a period Guernsey was the clear leader of the offshore world in green finance.

I was humbled to be an expert reviewer for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s sixth round assessment.
Since leaving Guernsey Finance I’ve been a vocal advocate of the development of renewable resources across the Channel Islands, whilst contining to advise local firms and international groups on climate risk. And I’m involved with Green Air - an initiative looking to bring commercial Hydrogen Electric Aviation to the Channel Islands.
